Nike React is a new running shoe. It’s bouncy, springy and reacts to your every move. So how do you wedge all that fun into a typical ad? You don’t. Instead, you make an interactive game with bespoke characterful avatars, strap runners into harnesses on giant doublewide treadmills [plus incline] and get them to battle each other in a 400-meter race to the finish. Phew, sounds like a marathon. To pull it off, it certainly was.
